Storm Mountain Viewpoiint Details

Named for the winds that swirl and rise around it, Storm Mountain also boasts dense, dark subalpine forests. These forests, which seem to be ideally suited for Storm Mountain, are home to lynx, American Marten and Spruce Grouse. The mountain is just north of the Internment Camp, but be aware if you visit the viewpoint - clouds build up around the mountain and can easily be responsible for rain and snowstorms, depending on the season. Pull over in the car park to enjoy the view, use the outhouse on site, or have a snack at one of the picnic tables.
