Moss Glen Falls Details

If you are short on time, this quick hike through the CC Putnam State Forest takes you to a beautiful trickling waterfall in just under 30 minutes. From the trailhead, you will walk just around 1/4 mile until you reach this beautiful cascading feature. Reaching the waterfall overlook is a little steep, but it is worth the effort for the close-up views. Many visitors come just for the falls, although you can choose to continue the hike for another mile. Do not expect any spectacular viewpoint at the end though the trail abruptly ends in the middle of the forest.
