Steep Kolob Canyons Road climbs more than 1,000 feet in less than five miles and has numerous scenic pulloffs, including some with interpretive roadside exhibits. Trailheads for the Timber Creek Trail, the Middle Fork of Timber Creek Trail, and Kolob Arch can be found along the way. At the end of the dead-end road is the Kolob Canyons Overlook.
