The Kolob Canyons Visitor Center was recently renovated and now has a new movie detailing this section of Zion National Park. The center is open daily, and you can get park information and backcountry permits here. There's also a small gift shop and public restrooms. Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (May 27 to Sept 5) 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Sept 6 to Oct 30)
