Isla Blanca Beach Details
Perched on the southwestern tip of South Padre Island is this spectacular beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Although it is only 1-mile long, there is plenty to do for both day visitors and overnight guests. Besides lounging on the beach, there are numerous water sports and activities that you can participate in. Spend the day snorkeling, diving, jet-skiing, or even parasailing along the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf, or grab your surfboard to hit the massive swells that roll towards the coast. The beach is also a great place for fishing, and there are multiple jetties and piers where you can cast a line. At the end of the day, you can retreat to one of the restaurants or bars dotted along the shoreline, or you can head back to your campsite or RV to enjoy the breathtaking sunset.
