Canal Visitor Center Details

This large picnic area is just off the Canal Road and next the Canal Visitor Center. There nine picnic tables, one barbecue grill, water foundation and semi-permenant restrooms. There is a large parking lot which is a popular spot for accessing the Towpath Trail, visiting the visitor center, and accessing the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railway via the Canal Visitor Center Station, which is a short walk away.
