Ellacoya State Park Details

Central New Hampshire has plenty of places for outdoor adventure, but this state park is easily one of the most popular amongst locals. Located on the southwestern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee, this park is teeming with swimmers, campers, sunbathers, and boaters throughout the summer. The main beach is 600-feet long, so even on a busy day, you should have no problem finding a play to sprawl out. The waters are calm and shallow, which also makes this a great place for families and inexperienced swimmers. Bring your snorkel masks, pool floats, and sunscreen because this is one of the best parks to enjoy New Hampshires largest lake.
