Arabia Mountain Details

Located in the Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve, this trail takes you through an otherworldly landscape of bizarre granite rocks, vine-like cacti and succulents, and shallow pools of water. Because of its unique ecosystem (known as monadnocks), this mountain is home to five different threatened or endangered plant species. The hike itself is only a 1.3-miles round trip, and should not take you longer than an hour to complete. Besides soaking in the views at the peak, it's worth spending more time exploring the different geological features of this mountain.
