This 900-acre reservoir gives visitors a year-round outdoor recreation area full of wildflowers and meadows. At 8,000 feet, you can bike, hike or ride your horse around adjacent trails for hundreds of miles. There are four campgrounds here, including 113 basic to electrical hookup sites, as well as five cabins to rent. Bring your boat for the day, or picnic along the high mountain lake shores. Visitors can take part in activities like sailing, paddle boarding in the warmer months, and skiing, snowmobiling and snow tubing in the winter.
