Voyageurs Tilson Connector Ski Trail Details

This easy, mile-long trail connects the Rainy Lake Visitor Center with the Tilson Ski Trails, a 10-mile system of trails maintained by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. The connector trail takes about 20 minutes to hike. From Tilson, you can link up with endless loops varying from easy (green), to moderate (blue), to difficult (black). Difficulty level on these trails is established based on cross-country skiing. The majority of these ski trails are on state forest land, and are groomed during the winter. The connector trail is on national park land and is open for year-round recreation.
