Pothole Point Trail Details

An easy 0.6-mile roundtrip hike in the Needles District is strewn with potholes in the slickrock that fill with water after storms. Don't leave your camera in the car for this hike! Capture images off the glassy water surface of the imposing needles in the background. Check with the rangers before heading out – you do not want to be here during storms when the roads may not be at their best. Head towards the Big Spring Canyon Overlook in Needles. Pothole Point is well marked on the right side of the road.
