Grand View Point Overlook Details

The Grand View Point Overlook will take your breath away. Stunning views of the water and wind-carved expanse are huge and dramatic. Enjoy the two-mile roundtrip hike to the edge of the lookout - you will feel like you are standing at the end of the earth. Sunsets are magnificent for photography or for simply savoring the moment. Follow the Grand View Point Road from the park entrance south to the end. Hike the well-maintained trail on relatively flat ground approximately 30 minutes to its terminus. Bring sun and wind protection and hold on to your hat - wind gusts can be surprisingly strong.
