Navajo Arch Trail Details
Navajo Arch is located on the spur trail off the Devils Garden Loop, approximately 1.2 miles from the trail head. Start on the busy main trail past Landscape Arch where the route begins to gain elevation and become more challenging. Watch for cairns that mark the trail as you scramble up slickrock fins, past a few juniper trees to the crest. From the crest, the spur trail heads south (turning left) for a quarter mile before reaching Navajo Arch. Most people miss out on the spur trail to Navajo Arch. This wide arch forms a comfy and private room with a flat sandy floor - the perfect place to sit out a summer rain squall.
