If you start the trail in Mineral Wells, you will come across a beautiful 500 foot bridge several miles in. From there, you will head straight to Lake Mineral Wells State Park, where you can make a quick pit stop for some rock-climbing, hiking, swimming, or fishing. This trail is a great place for wildlife viewing, as rabbits, foxes, coyotes, and bobcats are known to frequent the area. You will also find some more domesticated animals like cows and horses grazing in the nearby pastures as you cycle past.
