Indian Creek Falls Details
Built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps, this short, highly accessible trail visits Indian Creek Falls, 25-foot falls that, if closely examined, are more of a massive waterslide than waterfalls. They are surrounded by lush, shady hemlocks and pines, and feature a water-loving wildflowers from dwarf irises, trillium, and rhododendron that make the level trail one of the most beloved by visitors. It is also often accessed via Deep Creek Trail, which passes the 80-foot Toms Branch Falls and the picturesque Deep Creek.
