Explore the east side of Glacier National Park aboard a vintage 1930s Red Bus, where roll back tops provide open air views of towering peaks and sweeping prairie landscapes. Guided by experienced driver guides, this tour offers insight into the parks natural history while traveling in one of the oldest touring fleets still operating today. Each historic bus seats 16 passengers in close bench seating, preserving the classic Red Bus experience. Available June 12 through September 6, 2026, this 3 to 3.5 hour tour begins at Rising Sun Motor Inn or St. Mary Lodge and travels along the eastern front of the Continental Divide, where the mountains rise dramatically from the plains. The route continues into what locals call the Secret Valley, with expansive views into the Two Medicine Valley. Guests also enjoy a short walk to Running Eagle Falls before returning to the starting point. Morning and afternoon departures are offered from Rising Sun and St. Mary Lodge, with adult and child rates varying by pickup location. Operating dates, schedules, and pricing are subject to change.
