Washington Creek Campground Details

Located on the banks of Washington Creek, on the western end of the island a few miles from Washington Harbor, this campground has five individual tent platform sites, ten shelters (a three sided sleeping structure in place of a tent) and four group sites (for groups of seven to ten people). You will have access to a restroom, but no potable water. Plan to filter or treat your own water. No fires allowed here-- self-contained cooking stoves only. All individual sites are first come first served. Group sites are on a reservation basis. Either way you do have to obtain an overnight permit and pay the daily $4 per person per day park-use fee, all of which can be done in advance or in person. Maximum consecutive stay from June through Labor Day is three days. Follow Leave No Trace principles and carry out all waste.
