Tram tours, which are incredibly popular, takes you on a 15-mile loop through the Everglades famous "River of Grass" in Shark Valley. Each tour is narrated by a naturalist and are offered from the Shark Valley Visitor Center. These tours are an awesome option for large groups: the vehicles are open, so attractions can be observed on either side of the tram. These include a 45-foot high observation deck at the halfway point on the tour, providing 360-degree views of the Everglades. Reservations are highly recommended during peak season (November through April); tours are accessible for those with disabilities. Prices and hours are subject to change.
