Entrance Station Details

The Entrance Station is located on Highway 150 near the Visitor Center; pay the fee to enter the park here. Great Sand Dunes National Park is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Right outside the park entrance is the Oasis Restaurant and store, which is a privately owned facility selling food, gas, and gifts to park visitors. The Oasis is open April through October.
