Coastal Road Details
Santa Rosa Island's Coastal Road mostly hugs the eastern coastline from the pier south to East Point, and is the main path for the aptly named East Point Trail, which is 16 miles roundtrip. Once past Southeast Anchorage, the road turns inland until reaching the coast again at East Point. Along the way, you'll pass the island visitor center and restrooms, both close to the pier. Keep in mind that day trips to Santa Rosa Island via Island Packers, the park-authorized concessionaire, are available only April through early November.
