A short trail on Hot Springs Mountain, the .2-mile Grand Avenue Trail is an informal spur of Dead Chief Trail, which ends at a motel on Grand Avenue. The left branch heads toward Bathhouse Row and the park visitor center in the Fordyce Bathhouse, while the right branch takes hikers to Gulpha Gorge and the park's sole campground. The trail winds through a dense hardwood forest of oak, hickory and shortleaf pine.
