Gulpha Gorge Details
Gulpha Gorge is located on the eastern end of Hot Springs National Park; it's a steep-sided canyon cut by the Gulpha Creek, close to the Gulpha Gorge Campground and its picnic area. Early in the 20th century, the creek was dammed to create a swimming hole, but when the National Park Service acquired the land the dam was removed so the river once again flows swiftly through the gorge.
