For 6 miles, you will wind through desert grasslands, unique rock formations, and blankets of green flora as you make past the glistening Prescott Lake. In addition to the natural sights, this trail also runs along the historic Santa Fe, Prescott, and Phoenix Railway tracks. This train was mainly used during the copper mining era, and you can still see the rusted tracks and wooden decking laying off to the side.
