Syke Farm Campsite Details
This small family-run campground features tent camping in idyllic field setting near the TK in the Lake District. Facilities include a toilet block with showers in both the men's and women's rooms (with a new shower facility due to be built in 2017). There's a sink in the picnic shelter as well as one outside the bathrooms for washing dishes. Showers cost 50p for six minutes of hot water. Parking is free, and guests will have to walk over a small wooden bridge from the parking lot to find a spot to pitch their tent. The campground is dog-friendly as long as dogs are kept on leashes and are not left unattended. Nearby pubs are dog-friendly as well. The campground costs £8.00 ($11.50) per person for adults and £4.00 ($5.80) for kids from 3 to 15.
