Johnston Canyon Upper Falls Details

Follow the switchback trail from the Lower Falls up to the Upper Falls, which are 30 meters (98 feet) high. Along the way you'll pass a series of waterfalls along Johnston Creek, and for a truly fantastic vantage point, go all the way to the top of the falls. The trailhead for this hike off of the Bow Valley Parkway, 22 kilometers (13.7 miles) west of the Town of Banff.
