Wawona Picnic Area Details
There is a small picnicking area located along the Alder Creek, just south of the entrance to Wawona Campground and just north of Wawona Center. Unless otherwise noted, all picnic areas in Yosemite have picnic tables, vault toilets, garbage and recycling receptacles. All picnic areas have grills except Cascades, Yosemite Creek, and Lembert Dome. No picnic areas have potable water. At Lembert Dome, there is no bus parking, but drop off and pick-up is allowed.
