This 3.3-mile rocky ridge on Mount Rainier's southwestern flank separates the South Tahoma Glacier to the north and the Pyramid and Success glaciers to the south. It provides one of the main routes to Rainier's summit, and is one of only two climbs that doesn't require hikers to cross a glacier.
