Cover over 360-acres, this state park has plenty to offer in terms of natural landscapes and sites. Although a majority of the park is situated along the shores of Lowell Lake, it also contains marshy wetlands, white pine forests, and a few historical sites like a Revolutionary War-era cemetery and a former summer camp property. There is a small boat launch near the shore, which makes this a popular destination for boating. Hiking the 3.5-mile Lowell Lake Loop is also a great activity to see the breathtaking lake scenery.
