The Blackhawk Statue, also known as The Eternal Indian, brings in thousands of visitors each year to see the 48-foot tall statue, which is believed to be the second largest concrete monolithic statue in the world. The park features 4 miles of moderately difficult hiking trails, campsites, and an aquatic recreation center which allows fishing, waterskiing, and boating. Largemouth bass and northern pike provide anglers with worthy adversaries that can be freshly cooked and enjoyed at the well-apportioned picnic area.
