Immerse yourself in nature while you wander around a sparkling blue lake through the wooded forest on this 4.3-mile trek in Rock Cut State Park. The lake itself is bustling with activity (especially in the summer) although it is large enough where you can still find your own space to sit and hang out away from the crowds. The trail is a mix of asphalt and gravel, so you will not have to worry about muddy crossings like you would with other hiking routes in the state. And it is very well-marked which makes it suitable for first-hike hikers and families.
