Undine Falls Trail Details
Framed by a sparse evergreen forest, these year-round falls cascade in three tiers over a rocky, wild cliff into Lava Creek, some 60 feet below. The viewpoint, which, like many Yellowstone waterfalls is at the top, rather than the base, of the falls, is an easy walk away from the road, and provides stunning views down the fall. The surrounding meadows and hills are home to mule deer, bison, bears, and eagles many of which can be spotted from the top of the falls.
