Grafton Notch is a mountain pass marking the very end of the northeastern Mahoosuc Mountain Range. Carved by glaciers, the state park is filled with gorges, waterfalls, and well-worn hiking trails, including 12 challenging miles of the infamous Appalachian. With the thick forest and waterways running through the area you'll find multiple wildlife species to watch and photograph, even big mammals such as bear and moose.
