Dalton Highway Details

The 414-mile-long Dalton Highway is one of the most isolated roads in the U.S, passing through just three towns. Originally built as a supply route for the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System, it runs north from Fairbanks to Coldfoot, allowing easy access to the camp's gateway town. From Coldfoot, park visitors can fly or hike onto the property.
