Horseback Riding Details
Horseback riding is an essential part of the Western experience, and many park trails are shared between hikers and riders. Certain backcountry campsites and sites along the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway also welcome campers accompanied by "stock" -- horses, burros, mules, llamas. Stock groups are limited to groups of up to 12 animals, 10 for overnight stays.
