Stehekin Valley Ranch is an off-the-grid rustic resort deep in the North Cascades. Nine miles from Lake Chelan, the ranch provides ample opportunities to experience the outdoors in fun, unique ways. The ranch generates its own power using a combination of solar cells and an efficient low-emission diesel generator. Travelers have two lodging options: cabins with electricity and private bathrooms; and tent cabins, which have cabin-like walls but canvas roofs. Meals are all cooked on site and are included in your stay. The ranch is generally open June to October; reservations are recommended.
