This 7.4-mile out-and-back hike takes visitors along the Carbon River Road (now closed to vehicle traffic due to damage from flooding) to a waterfall that cascades down a series of ledges. Hike along the road from the Carbon River Entrance to the trail leading to Chenuis Falls. After leaving the Carbon River Road, cross the Carbon River on a footbridge, and then it's a short hike along the Chenuis Creek to the falls.
