The refreshing lake breeze and the trickling sound of waterfalls are just a few highlights of this roundtrip 5.8-mile hiking trail. It runs along the edges of the Lake Georgetown shore and is relatively shaded until you read the end, where the trail opens up to expansive views over the water. Some parts are slightly inclined, although it's worth the effort once you have your first peek at the sparkling lake below. Continue down the trail, and you will come across a sign for a waterfall. A few minutes down the spur trail and you will encounter a small cove with the beautiful Crockett Falls cascading down the rocks. After taking a short pause to cool off in the water, you can head back to the parking lot.
