Camping Details
Camp in Badlands and you're sure to revel in the park's breathtaking scenery. Two campgrounds, Cedar Pass and Sage Creek Campgrounds, are open year-around with the limit of a 14-day stay; both are easily accessible near the Ben Reifel Visitor Center. Campfires are not permitted in campgrounds or picnic areas. If using charcoal grills, dispose of waste properly. Backcountry camping opportunities are also available. See the park rangers at the Ben Reifel Visitor Center for more details before heading out into the wilderness.
