Crater Lake Trolley Tours Details
The park encourages visitors to take advantage of the Crater Lake Trolley, a historically designed bus that drives around 33-mile Rim Drive. A park ranger rides on each bus and acts as a tour guide as you make stops at various points of interest and scenic overlooks around the lake. The trolleys run on compressed natural gas, helping to limit pollution and traffic. There are three trolley tours daily during peak season: 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tickets cost $27 for adults ages 14-59, $24 for ages 60 and up, and $17 for ages 5-13. Make reservations or buy tickets at any of the self-serve kiosks in the lobby of the Crater Lake Lodge or at the Annie Creek Gift Shop.
