The Queen's Chamber Details
The Queen's Chamber is located next to the King's Palace, and is one of four rooms that you visit on the King's Palace tour. This room is famous for its draperies -- free-hanging sheets of calcite that form when water flows over an overhanging section of wall. Jim White's lantern blew out when he was exploring this part of the cave, and he remained in total darkness for a half hour before he was able to relight the lantern and make his way back out.
