Hall of the White Giant Tour Details
This tour is for those of you who are down to get dirty. The Hall of the White Giant Tour takes you to some of the smaller places within the cave, like Matlock's Pinch. You'll spend a lot of time crawling, scrambling, and climbing up ladders and slippery slopes and through tight, narrow tunnels. If you are not a fan of heights or tight spaces, this may not be the trip for you. The tour lasts four hours and costs $20 for adults and $10 for kids and seniors. The minimum age is 12, and anyone younger than 16 must come with an adult. Participants need to be able to have sure footing and carefully navigate fragile cave formations and underground pools. You'll meet your group at the visitor center theater and go down into the cave together. The tour is offered once a week from mid-May through mid-August, at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesdays.
