Jenness State Beach Details

This small but friendly local beach is located along the Atlantic coast near the town of Rye. It has a vast stretch of soft white sand that is generally never crowded (except on holiday weekends). Although the beach is relatively calm, the waves can be quite large. And while this is good for surfing (yes, you can see surfers practically every day riding the giant ocean swells), it is not ideal for inexperienced swimmers or families.
