Woodenfrog State Campground Details
This campground is located in the Kabetogama State Forest just west of the Kabetogama Lake Visitor Center, along County Road 122. These campsites are car-accessible (whereas all of the campsites within the park are boat-access only). Sites here are all first-come, first-served, and cost $14 a night. Each site has a picnic table, fire ring and flat, cleared tent areas (no platforms). You will also have access to communal toilets, drinking water, and garbage cans. There is also a building where informational talks are hosted every once in a while. The camp has lake access and a boat launch. In addition to the overnight sites, there are several day-use sites that can accommodate larger groups.
