Huginnin Cove Campground Details

This campground is located on the northwest end of the island, just north of Washington Harbor. There is no dock here, so the site is accessible only by canoe or kayak. There are five individual tent platform sites here, and no open fires are allowed (self contained cooking stoves only). You will also have access to drinkable water and an outhouse. There are no group sites here (only small sites for groups of six or less). All individual sites are first come first served. You do have to obtain an overnight permit and pay the daily $4 per person park use fee, all of which can be done in advance or in person. Maximum consecutive stay from June through Labor Day is three nights. Follow Leave No Trace principles and pack out all trash. Pets are not allowed.
