This serene and secluded trail, which begins at the parking lot at the end of High Head Road off Route 6 in Truro, runs over flat ground and through low forest to Head of the Meadow Beach. The easiest of the three bike paths within the Cape Cod National Seashore, this paved out-and-back trail follows a remnant of the Old King's Highway and runs parallel to the coast, skirting along the edge of its namesake meadow before ending at Head of the Meadow Beach, where you can take a cooling dip in the ocean before heading back to your car.
