High Head Beach Details

If you crave sandy solitude, get an off-road vehicle (ORV) permit, fire up your 4x4, and take the drive to High Head Beach, located between Truro and Provincetown. ORV permits can be purchased at the Province Lands Visitor Center. You also can reach High Head Beach from the small parking lot located at the end of High Head Road. The beach is a half-mile walk from the parking lot on very soft sand and up a dune. No restrooms, lifeguards, concessions or other facilities.
