Higgins Beach is reminiscent of a small-town family vibe in a now touristy beachside region. As a classic little strip of sand with a grassy background and rocky pools at low tide, guests will feel right at home. Though the city has accommodated the increase in visitors with a larger parking lot, the area is still very small and family-friendly because it is less well-known.
