Kebo Mountain Details
Visitors must hike the Kebo Mountain Trail (formally known as the Dorr Mountain North Ridge Trail) to access the summit of Kebo Mountain. It climbs south, ascending immediately over the mountain’s short summit before traversing a smaller, unnamed hump, and continuing an ascent over the bare ledges of Dorr Mountain's north ridge to the summit. The steep, but relatively unremarkable trail, offers some of the island's most rewarding vistas: Frenchman Bay and the Porcupine Islands to the northwest, Cadillac Mountain's north ridge to the west, and, at times, the Dorr Mountain summit to the south.
