Cold Brook Trail Details

This is a short, very easy hike providing the best access to Western Mountain's twin peaks, Mansell and Bernard. The pretty woodland trail begins at the end of Long Pond and follows the lowlands and the picturesque Gilley field around Mansell Mountain. It's a wonderful warm-up for other trails or a good finishing loop after climbing Western. Trailhead: South end of Long Pond.
