Rim Rock Trail Details
This well-maintained trail has a lot to keep you entertained while you hike the rim of the namesake rocky outcropping. It is comprised of an upper trail (.8 miles) and a lower trail (.9 miles), both of which have plenty to offer in terms of scenic landscapes. The lower trail is harder, with steep stairs and sharp slopes. You will find a few small caves and enclosures that were once used to house travelers along the Underground Railroad. The upper trail is paved with several benches and resting areas, which makes it a great option for families or even those with mobility issues.
